Hope to Walk

Hope to Walk provides low-cost prosthetic legs, training and hope to amputees in developing countries. Hope to Walk was founded in 2002 by Phil Johnson, a certified prosthetist-orthotist, after witnessing the urgent need for affordable prosthetic care in Guatemala. Realizing that traditional U. S. prosthetic solutions were not practical or affordable for developing countries, Phil began to design more accessible solutions. Hope to Walk has expanded Phil's efforts and now equips local communities to help people walk with greater independence and dignity. Guided by compassion and respect for every person, Hope to Walk has helped more than 2,500 amputees across nine countries so far. Hope to Walk and Legacy Farms Coffee have partnered to further the mission with a portion of the revenue from the products on this page going to support these efforts.
